Your first optimization
Get your campaigns optimized in under 5 minutes. AdTrix adjusts bids daily based on your goals — you just need to enable it.
Prerequisites
- At least one Amazon account connected
- Active campaigns in your account
Step 1: Open Campaign Manager
Click Campaigns in the sidebar. You'll see your campaigns in a table with key metrics: Spend, Sales, ACOS, Budget, and Target ACOS.
At the top, the Campaigns Automated bar shows how many of your campaigns are currently managed by AdTrix.
Step 2: Set a Target ACOS
Your Target ACOS is the efficiency goal AdTrix optimizes toward. If you haven't set one yet:
- Look for the Your target section in the Getting Started Guide above the table
- Click Change (or Set now if no target exists)
- Enter your desired ACOS percentage (e.g., 30%)
- Click Save
This target applies account-wide as the default for new automations.
- 15–25% — Aggressive growth, prioritizing sales volume
- 25–35% — Balanced approach for most sellers
- 35–50% — Conservative, prioritizing profitability
Step 3: Automate a campaign
Find a campaign with an Optimize Campaign button in the Automated column:
- Click Optimize Campaign
- The Automation Drawer opens — review the settings
- Set a Target ACOS for this campaign (or keep the account default)
- Click Enable Automation
The campaign is now automated. AdTrix will adjust bids daily to reach your target.
Step 4: Automate remaining campaigns
You can automate campaigns one by one, or use the bulk option:
- Click Activate Automation → at the top of the page to enable automation across all eligible campaigns at once
The Campaigns Automated bar updates as you enable more campaigns.
Step 5: Wait and review
Automation works best with time. After enabling:
- Week 1–2: AdTrix gathers data and begins adjusting bids
- Week 3–4: Patterns stabilize and ACOS trends toward your target
- After 4 weeks: Review your ACOS and Sales in the metric cards above the table
You stay in control — pause or override any campaign at any time by clicking its row in the table.
