Global controls
The header bar appears on every page and contains three controls that affect your entire session: the account selector, the date range picker, and the view mode toggle.
Account selector
The account selector dropdown lets you switch between your connected Amazon advertising accounts.
Switch accounts
Click the dropdown in the header to see all your connected accounts. Each account shows:
- A country flag for the account's marketplace
- The account name
- A status indicator showing the connection state
Select any account to load its data across all pages.
Connection status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Connected | Both Advertising API and Selling Partner API are linked |
| Ads Only | Only the Advertising API is connected — some features may be limited |
| SP Only | Only the Selling Partner API is connected |
| Disconnected | No active API connection — reconnect from Amazon Connections |
Refresh accounts
Click the refresh icon next to the dropdown to reload your account list from Amazon. Your current selection is preserved.
Persistence
Your selected account is saved to your browser. It persists across page navigations, page refreshes, and browser sessions.
On mobile viewports the account selector is hidden from the header. Tap the filter icon to open the mobile filter modal, where you can switch accounts under the Amazon Account section.
Date range picker
The date range picker controls the time period for all metrics, charts, and tables on the current page. It appears as a date display with a calendar icon in the header — for example, "Feb 24, 2026 - Mar 2, 2026".
Open the picker
Click the date display in the header to open the date range dialog. The dialog has two areas:
- Preset sidebar on the left with quick-select options
- Dual-month calendar on the right for custom date selection
Presets
Choose from eight built-in presets:
| Preset | Range |
|---|---|
| Today | Today only |
| Yesterday | Yesterday only |
| Last 7 days | 7 days ago through yesterday |
| Last 14 days | 14 days ago through yesterday |
| Last 30 days | 30 days ago through yesterday |
| Last 60 days | 60 days ago through yesterday |
| This Month | 1st of the current month through yesterday |
| Last Month | Full previous month |
The default range is Last 7 days when you first use the app.
Click a preset to preview the range in the date fields, then click Apply to confirm.
Presets like Last 7 days automatically adjust each day so your data always covers the most recent period.
Custom date range
To pick a custom range:
- Click any day on the calendar to set the start date
- Click a second day to set the end date
- Click Apply
The calendar highlights the selected range in blue. Hover over days to preview the range before clicking.
If you click a later date first and an earlier date second, the dates are automatically swapped so the start is always before the end.
Calendar navigation
- Use the left/right arrows to move one month at a time
- Use the month dropdown to jump to a specific month
- Use the year dropdown to jump to a specific year (up to 10 years back)
- The calendar week starts on Monday
Future dates are grayed out and not selectable.
Apply and cancel
- Apply saves the selected range and refreshes all data on the page
- Cancel discards your selection and closes the dialog without changes
The Apply button is disabled until you have a complete range (both start and end dates).
Persistence
Your selected date range is saved to your browser. It persists across page navigations and refreshes. All pages share the same date range.
Mobile
On mobile viewports, the date range picker is accessed through the filter modal. Tap the filter icon in the header to open it. The modal includes a Date Range section and an Amazon Account section, so you can adjust both without switching to desktop.
Hands-off / Full control mode
The view mode toggle is a sliding pill in the header that switches between a simplified view and the full dashboard.
This feature is currently available to select accounts only. On mobile viewports, the toggle is hidden — the mode you set on desktop applies everywhere.
Switch modes
Click Hands-off or Full control on the toggle pill in the header. The change takes effect immediately.
What changes in Hands-off mode
| Area | Hands-off | Full control |
|---|---|---|
| Metric cards | 4 (Spend, Sales, ACOS, TACOS) | All 12+ (customizable) |
| Chart | Auto-selects Sales + Spend | You choose any metrics |
| Table columns | 9 (campaigns) / 10 (targets) essential columns | All 26–29 columns (customizable) |
| Metric settings gear | Hidden | Visible |
| Guidance panel | Visible with benchmarks and action suggestions | Hidden |
Guidance panel
In Hands-off mode, a guidance panel appears between the metric cards and the table. It shows:
- ACOS and TACOS benchmarks with color-coded status (green, amber, red)
- Action suggestions like Set Target ACOS, Recommendations, Harvest & Negate
Click any action chip to navigate directly to that tool. You can collapse the panel with the Hide button — the collapsed state is remembered.
Switching back
Switching to Full control restores your complete layout exactly as you left it — column widths, column order, metric selections, and all customizations are preserved.
Persistence
Your selected mode persists across page reloads, account switches, and navigation between pages. The mode is saved per user, not per account.
