Custom reports
Build drag-and-drop reports with 15 widget types, export to PDF, and schedule email delivery. Custom Reports lets you create branded performance reports for your team or clients.
Prerequisites
- At least one Amazon account connected
- Active campaigns with performance data
Reports gallery
The gallery page is your starting point. It shows three sections:
- My Reports — reports you've created, with options to edit, rename, or delete
- Templates — pre-built report layouts you can copy and customize
- Scheduled Reports — active email schedules with options to enable, disable, send now, or delete
To create a new report, click Create New and enter a name. To start from a template, click any template card.
Build a report
The report editor has three areas:
Widget palette (left sidebar)
Browse 15 available widgets organized into four categories. Click a widget to add it to your report. Each widget can only be added once per report.
Report canvas (center)
Your report layout. Drag widgets up or down to reorder them. Each widget has controls to remove, refresh, or configure its settings.
Toolbar (top)
- Report name — click to rename
- Date range — choose a preset: Last 7, 14, 30, or 60 days, This Month, or Last Month
- Undo / Redo — reverse or re-apply changes
- Save status — shows when the report was last saved (auto-saves as you work)

Metrics (3 widgets)

Export to PDF
- Click the Export button in the toolbar
- Optionally upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG, max 2MB)
- Click Export to generate the PDF
The PDF includes your logo, report name, date range, and all widgets formatted for A4 landscape layout.
Schedule email delivery
- Click the Schedule button in the toolbar
- Set the frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (1st of the month)
- Enter recipient email addresses
- Choose a delivery time and timezone
- Click Create Schedule
Scheduled reports generate automatically and deliver via email. Use Send Now to trigger an immediate delivery. Toggle the schedule on or off from the gallery page.
Share reports
- Click the Share button in the toolbar
- Set the Report Name shown to viewers
- Choose an expiration: 7 days or 30 days
- Click Create Share Link and copy the generated URL
Recipients can view the report without logging in. The link expires after the chosen period. You can revoke a shared link at any time from the Share dialog.
