Connect your Amazon account

Link your Amazon Seller Central and Advertising accounts to start managing your PPC campaigns in AdTrix. The process takes about 30 seconds.

Prerequisites

  • An active Amazon Seller Central account
  • Amazon Advertising enabled on your account
  • You must be an account administrator or have permissions to authorize third-party apps

Step 1: Start the connection wizard

Click Connect Amazon Account in the sidebar under Account Settings, or use the button on the dashboard if this is your first time.

Step 2: Select your region

Choose the marketplace region where your Amazon account operates:

Click the region button to proceed to Amazon's authorization page.

Step 3: Authorize on Amazon

You'll be redirected to Amazon's login page. Sign in with your Seller Central credentials, then review and approve the permissions AdTrix requests:

  • Selling Partner API (SP-API) — for inventory and listing data
  • Amazon Advertising API — for campaign management and reporting
  • Amazon Marketing Cloud — for advanced analytics (if available)

Click Approve to authorize the connection.

Step 4: Verify the connection

After approving, you'll be redirected back to AdTrix. Within a few seconds:

  1. Your profiles appear in the profile selector at the top of the sidebar
  2. Campaign data begins syncing automatically
  3. A confirmation message shows how many profiles were connected

You can now switch between profiles and access all AdTrix features for each connected account.

Connecting multiple accounts

Repeat the process above for each Amazon account or region you want to manage. AdTrix supports multiple accounts and regions simultaneously — use the profile selector to switch between them.

Troubleshooting
