Account settings
Manage your profile information, password, and privacy settings from the Account Settings page.
To open it, click the user menu (top right) and select Account Settings. The page has three tabs: Profile, Security, and Data & Privacy.
Profile
The Profile tab displays your name and email address. These fields are read-only.

To update your profile information, contact support@adtrix.io.
Security
Change your password
- Click the Security tab
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter a new password — a strength meter shows whether your password meets the requirements
- Confirm the new password
- Click Change Password
Password requirements:
- At least 12 characters long
- At least 3 of these 4 types: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, special characters
- Cannot reuse any of your last 10 passwords
Changing your password logs you out of all active sessions. You'll need to sign in again with your new password.
Google sign-in users
If you signed in with Google, password management is not available. Your password is managed through your Google account.
Data & privacy
Export your data
Click Export My Data to download a JSON file with all your personal data. The export includes your profile, session history, preferences, and activity log. It does not include passwords, payment information, or session tokens.
Privacy policy
Click View Privacy Policy to read how AdTrix collects, uses, and protects your data.
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your profile and all personal data. This cannot be undone.

DELETEto confirm - Click Delete My Account
Your advertising data is retained for your team. You can create a new account with the same email address later, but your previous account data will not be restored.
