Manage your AdTrix subscription, payment methods, and invoices from the Billing page.

AdTrix offers a single plan with usage-based pricing:

Free trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start.
During the trial, a banner at the top of the screen shows your remaining days. When 7 days or fewer remain, the banner turns amber as a reminder.
When the trial ends, a full-page overlay prompts you to subscribe. You can't access the app until you subscribe.
You can only use the free trial once per account.
Subscribe
- After your trial ends, click Subscribe Now on the overlay
- Enter your payment details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVC code
- Country and ZIP code
- Click Subscribe — $29/month
- Your subscription activates immediately
The first $29 charge processes right away. The 1% ad spend fee is calculated at the end of each billing period based on that month's total Amazon ad spend.
Manage your subscription
Open the user menu (top right) and click Billing. The page has three tabs:
Subscription tab
Shows your current plan, status, and price. If you're on an active subscription, the Manage Subscription button opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your plan or cancel.
Payment tab
Shows your payment method on file (card brand, last 4 digits, expiration). Click Edit Payment Details to update your card.
Invoices tab
Lists all your invoices with date, invoice number, status, amount, and a link to download the PDF.
Cancel your subscription
- Go to Billing → Subscription tab
- Click Manage Subscription
- In the Stripe Customer Portal, click Cancel plan
- Confirm the cancellation
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, access is restricted until you re-subscribe. Your data is retained — re-subscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Payment declined | Go to Billing → Payment tab → update your card details |
| Trial ended but no subscribe button | Refresh the page. If the overlay doesn't appear, clear your browser cache |
| Can't see billing page | Only account owners can access billing. Ask your account owner to manage the subscription |
| Need a receipt | Download invoice PDFs from the Invoices tab |
